S. Boulardii is a probiotic yeast that is known to help reduce bacterial overgrowth in the lower GI and resolve food-borne pathogens (i.e the causes of “traveler’s diarrhea”).

It enhances immune defense mechanisms through its ability to increase secretory IgA, inhibits the effects of pathogenic bacteria, stimulates enzymatic activity in the colon mucosa, and exerts a trophic effect in the microbiome. It will also help to prevent both genital and digestive tract candida (use with Emulsified Organic Oregano Oil Blend). In several double-blind, placebo-controlled studies it had a positive effect on the diarrheas often associated with antibiotic therapy. Saccharomyces boulardii should be taken away from antibiotics.

Each capsule contains 250 mgs of Saccharomyces boulardii which yields over one billion live microorganisms. Product contains no dairy, gluten, fish, shellfish, corn, tree nut, soy or peanut.
