Building on our evening talk on April 4th, we will dive deeper into the contributing factors and possible causes of our symptoms, pain, imbalance, disconnect, discomfort, etc.  

We will demonstrate:

  • Practical ways to recognize and support the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.  

You will learn:

  • How to listen to and interpret the subtle language of body-mind-heart

  • How to decipher basic “body-language” with effective tools that will address their specific messages.  

We will explore the links between how we nourish ourselves with:

  • Food nutrients
  • Nutritional supplements
  • Emotional nutrients
  • Breathing techniques
  • Silence
  • Relationships
  • Information
  • Other forms of "soul food"    

*Come with comfortable clothing that you can move around in and be sure to bring pen and papers to take notes.
